Evidence stays visible

Source systems provide evidence. Connectors translate it at the boundary. The canonical model preserves provenance so a leader can understand what supports a signal and where the limits are.

Roll-ups preserve context

The current subject hierarchy is Engineer → Team → Product → Department → Organisation. Roll-up policies are configurable, and the platform is not designed to produce an overall magic score or employee league table.

Current maturity

Pulse has implemented foundations across canonical ingestion, deterministic metrics and intelligence, multi-level health and reporting. The authenticated browser experience and production deployment acceptance remain in progress.
